You are probably elated over the fact that the lockout has ended at last, and you are probably paying close attention to see what your favorite team will do during this shortened free agent period if you are a big fan of the NFL – but if you are a fantasy football fan and participant, you are probably not only excited about the lockout ending, and are not only tracking what your favorite team is doing, but you are probably also trying to sort out how the end of the lockout will affect fantasy football. Running backs: This season will also bring lots of changes among running backs, and even though you might not get a true sense for each player’s role on a team until the season actually starts, paying attention to transactions will help you a lot; the movement of such players as Ahmad Bradshaw and DeAngelo Williams will make a big difference in the way their roles will be defined, as well as the way the roles of their former backup/platoon players will be defined!

Wide receivers: The wide receiver position will not be experiencing as many moving pieces this year, but be aware of the quarterback movement and the way in which it will affect wide receivers, as the success of such players as Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Crabtree, and Percy Harvin will be largely determined by the quarterback situations on their teams!

We Are Marshall is a movie about the after effects of an entire football team being tragically killed in 1970 during a plane crash.  The town and college that they came from was crushed.  This movie is about rebuilding a team again inspite of the loss. The college slowly rebuilds their football team ultimately healing wounds. The acting is great and the characters are endearing enough that even non-sports fans will enjoy this movie.

The Blind Side is a touching movie about a homeless teen who makes it big. The Tuohy family ultimately takes in the teen and he becomes part of their family. The teen is the well known Michael Oher a well known professional football player. This story has lots of action and a great story line. This is a movie that needs to be added to everyones collection.
